2005 Annual Meeting – Advance Registration and Housing Deadline has passed.
It’s not too late to register!
You can register on-site at the Hynes Convention Center starting:
Saturday, October 8, 2005, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Housing for the 2005 CNS Annual Meeting is sold out. If you still need a room, please contact
the hotels noted below.
If you have already reserved your room and need to make changes or cancel a room,
please contact the hotel directly after Monday, September 26, 2005.
All properties are located in the heart of Boston’s historic Back Bay and conveniently just steps away from the Hynes Convention Center.

Are You Registered?:
You must be registered for the 2005 CNS Annual Meeting prior to making your hotel room reservation. You can register by clicking here or by calling 800-424-5249 U.S. & Canada or
847-940-2155 International.
On-Line:
Once you begin your registration online you will be provided access to your housing arrangements. On-line hotel reservations are made right on-line with immediate access to availability. You may also re-visit the website to make necessary cancellations and changes. Internet booking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Deposits:
A deposit is required and due at the time your hotel reservation is made.
This payment must be submitted with your registration fees. Credit cards will be charged immediately.
A small portion of your room rate will be used to help defray the cost of registration and housing services. Deposits: Standard Room = $250
All rooms are subject to applicable tax, currently at 12.45% for hotel tax.

Hotel Confirmations, Cancellations or Changes:
Note: When canceling a reservation by phone, record the date, cancellation number, and name of the person accepting the cancellation.
Through September 15, 2005, 5:00pm CST
- All changes and cancellations must be made through I.T.S.
- Rooms are not transferable
- Refunds for deposits will be issued by I.T.S.
Between September 9 and September 19, 2005
- Contact I.T.S. for any Housing questions.
Beginning September 26, 2005
- All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
- If cancellation notice is not received according to the hotel policy, the deposit may be forfeited.
- Check your hotel confirmation and contact the hotel directly for information.
Hotels/Direct:
Hotels cannot process reservation forms. Requests sent directly to hotels will not be accepted until September 26, 2005.
