NEW U.S. State Department Regulations: U.S. embassies and consulates may require face-to-face visa interviews for
most nonimmigrant visa applicants. Because of these new regulations visa application
approval may be delayed. You are encouraged to apply for a visa at least 4 months
before the Annual Meeting.
Travelers coming to the U.S. for tourism or business for 90 days or less from
qualified countries may be eligible to visit the U.S. without a visa if they meet
